Positive experience
During the past 10 years of working with Pet-First (now MetLife), I have had good service for my pets (3 West Highland Terriers). I find their customer service team especially helpful. Please keep up the good work and don't fall into such cost savings for your organization that you go the way of many healthcare (pet and human) companies today. Thank you and we look forward to continued positive support with our pet.
