Pre-existing Condition Clause.
Pre-existing Condition Clause.
I chose Many Pets over many other insurance companies because they claim to cover pre-existing conditions if there has been no symptom or treatment over the course of several months. As soon as I signed up, I began to get a series of emails explaining what they do and DON'T cover. Within these emails, it states that any previous condition must be CURED, with medical records to show as evidence. The example given was, if your dog had a bout of diarrhea 4 months prior to signing up and then again just after signing up and it could be proven that they were related, medical costs would not be covered. When I responded by saying
"So you don't cover pre-existing conditions.", I got no response. It just felt like a series of "gotcha" emails.
