I cancelled my dog’s policy in June as…
I cancelled my dog’s policy in June as we moved to a state that is not covered by Many Pets. I received written communication of the cancellation in June. I STILL continued to be charged every month since, despite multiple correspondences and requests to remove my information permanently from their system. They also stated they would refund me for an aberrant charge last month but still have not. It should not take five months to cancel someone’s account. I have reported this company to the BBB.
