A Double Standard

A bit of a double standard. I take one pet to the vet, and I get an 80% reimbursement deposited in my account. I take my other pet to the vet, and I'm told the reimbursement is being applied to the deductible, and I'm not getting an 80% reimbursement direct deposit.

The deductible is high

The deductible is high. I don't think my cat will meet that yearly deductible. And they say pre-existing symptoms can be reimbursed, but in reality, they don't...there should be clearer explanation about key details when purchasing the insurance.

I have had excellent experiences with ManyPets! Their customer service is always outstanding and claims are settled in a very timely manner. I have 2 dogs covered by this company.

They stall on reimbursement by giving you the runaround

They stall your reimbursement by constantly asking you and vet to send invoices and charts that they have already received
