When reviewing my account I noticed my phone number was wrong. I sent an email to get it fixed and I didn’t get a response back. I called because I wanted to update my account to get preventive care covered and when I asked if they could change my phone number they were more then happy to do so. I greatly appreciated how quick the process took when I called.
