Haven't used the policy yet so time…
Haven't used the policy yet so time will only tell.
I did have to call in and talk to customer service as the website only allows you to set up policies for 5 animals.
Customer service was pleasant.

A great deal
I really like the fact that you cover pre exisiting conditions if Pet is clear in 18 months. Most plans do not. Plus the price is really good.
