The slow customer service was extremely disappointing. As well as the fact they did not consider by deductible was unacceptable. It is not clear on what they will and will not cover on their site

I am unable to set up my account

I am unable to set up my account, so I have no clue about the details of my coverage or how to see when coverage starts, etc. But the money did get charged to my card! So I’m a little sketched out. Edit: all info I need was included in the email, but I still am a tad nervous that I don’t have access to the dashboard. My apologies for the one star!
