The policy could be better…
The policy has some coverage limitations and/or exclusions I would rather not have, I cannot add the coverage back.
There is no coverage for micro-chipping.
There is no coverage for fecal and blood tests or gland expressing.
There is no coverage for Covid-19 treatment.
Low wellness coverage limits for preventative/wellness - only $150 per year? One or two vaccines will likely be all that amount covers. The amount does not seem adequate for an entire year.

Excellent First Impression!
I've not had to avail myself of the actual insurance service; my interaction came about as a result of a technical snafu that occurred while setting up my account. If my first contact with this company is any indication of what to expect, it is top-notch, five-star, outstanding customer service!!! Thank you Lakeisha!!!
