The process of getting the insurance…

The process of getting the insurance was quick and easy. What I don't like is that you cannot read the terms of the insurance prior to getting it. Unfortunetly, this seems like a common practice with insurance companies of all kinds.

I have only just joined so I can't really offer a review of their services. However, joining was a piece of cake. Their questions are good and not too many, so I really appreciate that as time is often a concern. Also, their prices are the best I've seen.

Please get you're website useable

Please get you're website useable. Un able to make changes or update billing through website. Very inconvenient. Can't always call during business hrs.Dont know how good claim process is. Haven't tried it
