Your statement in your website advertising about pre existing conditions being covered after 18 months did not match the contract I read after I joined and paid you. I contacted your company about it and have had only vague, runaround answers from Jalisa. I don't feel comfortable and don't feel that I can trust your company if I have problems. I want to cancel my membership and I want a full refund.

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm hoping I will never have to submit a claim.
