I found the site overall very clear and helpful except for the explanation of pre-existing conditions. I wasn't sure if a congenital condition is covered; however, we will see.

I read their site and it’s very nice…

I read their site and it’s very nice dog insurance, but time will tell how they are really are when I start using them…I enrolled with them because I believe what I read.

Good Customer Service

I have not used the insurance yet but customer service answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I compared round 6 companies and chose this one for my cats
