The sign up process was easy and cost and service list details appear clear. I will evaluate again after I have used the service. That's why I gave a 4 star until I've experienced how the policy works for my pet.

Easy to sign up and get going, haven’t had to use it yet but hoping it’s well worth the money! Very happy with the rates and the fact they will cover pre existing conditions to a degree.
