Website was not working properly
Website was not working properly- it would not allow me to add the wellness plan. Also gave me an error message that my request wasn’t processed for the accident & illness coverage but my card was charged. I had to call to verify if I was or wasn’t enrolled. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. She confirmed I was enrolled and helped me add the wellness plan.
