Excelente Customer Service
I contact Customer Care by email twice before purchase with a few questions, the response was quickly and effective ( Thank you Jalisa for the great experience).
It was very easy to set up my quote and purchase.
Looking for ways to improve?
I would like to be able to set my pet’s age in weeks and not just in month ( at least for the first 4 months like other insurance companies.
I was not able to see my documents after login in to my account, at least not on my phone. I will try tomorrow on the computer. I did received an email from CEO but only included the attachment for the main policy and not the wellness program.
