Purchase was easy and fast. Was able to set my own limits as well as optional protection for my furball.

Signup was simple and fast. Our only glitch occurred because Ragamuffin breed was not on your list of cat breeds but a very helpful young woman at the phone reception in Atlanta assured us that the nearest similar breed, Ragdoll, would work to classify our application. We travel between 3 homes with our cats. All three states are on your eligibility list. The value of coverage per dollar was unbeatable.

Easy to work with So far customer service has been phenomenal. Hopefully I won't have to test out the claims process often and if I do, the service for any claims submitted will be equally good.

It was easily the best I reviewed and incredibly easy to sign up for.
