Kate was very good.
Kate was very patient, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She explained to me that if Lady were to die, the Wellness plan would not continue for the remainder of the year. I declined the Wellness insurance for now, but may add it at a later time. Which can be added at anytime.
