I originally was frustrated that I couldn't update my account on the website then called to what I thought was within range of service and constantly got hung up on. In the process of writing the email I noticed that it was 9-9ET thankfully before I sent my frustrated email.
However, once I called during business hours I believe the agents name to be Fin, if I can recall correctly. She was wonderful! She took care of all my needs and I have faith that in the (hopefully) never accident, my baby girl will be able to get the treatment she needs as I don't always have an extra 10k to spend on my pets health like my savior Zeus, bless his soul.
Keep up the good work guys, no offense, but I hope to not have to reach back out to you ever, if not, for a long, long while.
