I can't tell you how amazed I have been…
I can't tell you how amazed I have been with your customer service and claims processing time. I have never used pet insurance before, and decided it would be a good idea when I got an English Mastiff puppy (who's now 210 lbs) because I figured if something happened, it would be $$$ because he's so big. And I was right. He's got a tear in his ACL and the bills just to diagnose have been almost $4000 - Many Pets has reimbursed me SO quickly and has been SO helpful when I've called freaking out with questions. Thank you so very much for everything you've done for my big baby - he's my son's best friend, and we'd never be able to afford his surgery without you! I will tell everyone about ManyPets - YAY YOU!! :-)

They were great this time
They were great this time, but last time it took forever. Before that they were always wonderful. Maybe growing pains?
