40 year pet owner / first pet insurance purchase
Your website was clear, concise and easy to understand. I did not have to search for any detailed policy information. Everything was straight up and to the point. No hidden information. I have been a pet owner for over 40 years and this is the first time I purchased pet insurance as I have heard numerous horror stories. I will definitely spread the word at the dog parks that you seem to be THE ONE!

Passion for pets and what people need to care for them
I appreciate the focus on the consumer experience. The passion for animals and what people need to take care of their beloved fur babies really shines through. The competitive rates and unlimited coverage give me great relief.
I just wish the reimbursement system were more modern to speed up the process and reduce stress. I hope to see a direct deposit or electronic payment soon, instead of a check by mail.
