Signing up for Many Pets was an easy process. Sending in both my dogs vet history was also easy, just attach as an email. Customer service was prompt and helpful. The rates were competitive.

This website was mostly easy to use. It choked a little bit on valid zip code, but I think this was because I used autofill. When I went back and entered it manually at worked just fine.

I just enrolled my dog, so I haven't used the policy yet. I am looking forward to it though. I will give an update when I use it
