Sign up was easy & Customer Service was excellent!
We just signed up so we haven’t been through the claims process yet. I am impressed that with proper documentation of cancellation of our current pet insurance Many Pets will waive the 15 day waiting period for coverage to begin.

I have not yet passed our 15/day grace period, so hard to rate since we haven’t had any claims ( thank goodness), but the enrollment process was great.
