ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

This review is actually a follow up to my initial review. I recently had a claim for my feline fur baby and I will say ManyPets handled it VERY well. Via e-mail they communicated with me every step of the way, in a VERY timing manner and for that I'm thankful. When I did have to call the customer service rep was so very nice and helpful. I will also say that their policies are consistent with the 2 other pet insurances I have for my other feline fur babies so I was familiar with the claim process.

I am a first time, pet insurance purchaser. Customer service was very helpful with info to help me make the correct decision.
