ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

I gave a 4 because the insurance went up since we bought our first dog a year ago. Our second dog costs more and no $0 deductible was offered. It was rather disappointing. Of course we hope we never have to use this insurance, but the $0 deductible was such a relief, knowing we’d have less actual cost to us. Sad it’s gone. And sad my 2nd puppy has more costly insurance than the first

I inquired about pet insurance for my new Boxer puppy. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the coverage. I purchased the plan for what I believe is a great price, with 90% reimbursement for accident and illness after a $500.00 deductible that I chose. Also covers any licensed Vet of my choice. Could not find a better price than I got.

My little one is 2 years old and I was reluctant to purchase pet insurance when we first purchased the puppy because of the cost of pet insurance. My finances have changed a little so I decided to move forward with the pet insurance purchase. After reviewing the MANY available pet insurance companies, I decided on ManyPets because of the cost and benefits. I called a representative of ManyPets and she answered all of the questions I had and made me feel comfortable I made the right choice.

Claims processed quick. I submitted a wellness claim, and it was processed the next day. ManyPets’ customer service was very nice and listened to my concerns, they do pick up the phone as well, I didn’t have to wait long when I called them. I have 6 dogs, and I use ManyPets for them all.

My first claim...never got reimbursed still...it's been 3 weeks. Been emailing them, I get a reply but nothing to solve my issue. This is very frustrating.
