So easy to file the claim. I had a question during, so I reached out to customer service. I got through within 2 minutes and the person was super helpful, they were easy to understand, and quick, she told me exactly what to do. It took me about 5 minutes to finish the claim. I received an approval on the claim in less than a week! (They said 14-22 days, so I was happily surprised, which also allows me to pay off the credit immediately that I had to use!) I’ve already recommended manypets to all my family and friends. because you never know what could happen to your loved animal, and it makes making tough decisions and saving your pets life that much easier. I can happily say I was able to save my dogs life without having to be in financial distress. So worth it. If you love your animal get insurance for them!
