Excellent Company
Ok, this is my second time writing a review for many pets. The first time I rated them 5 stars due their outstanding customer service.
Let me just say this, they deserve this 5 star as well due to the speedy response that I received from filing my first claim.
I filed a claim on Monday, November 28 and they immediately sent a email confirming that they received the claim.
Wednesday, November 30, I woke up to a email confirming that my claimed was approved and the reimbursement was also in my acct.
I have read the reviews from others bragging about how fast they are with responding to claims and I was in disbelief, but I am here to tell you that it is totally true.
Thank you so much Many Pets for your outstanding customer service!
