GREAT experience overall, due to CS Agent Aleya!
GREAT experience overall (due to the CS Agent Aleya). I submitted numerous invoices at one time under my "Wellness" plan. At first ManyPets denied them all saying it was inside the 15 day waiting period for "Accidents/Illness" because my new 4 month old pup had his first 'new puppy' appointment and had diarrhea while there. The Vet gave him some meds and ManyPets deemed that under my "Accident/Illness" (which I disagree, but not going to fight it). It took CS Agent Aleya to sort through the invoices and allocate the proper "Wellness" charges to the "Wellness" plan. The big issues the Aleya saw was that numerous agents were trying to work on my invoices without having the background and context that Aleya had. After speaking with her, she was able to pull all 4 of my invoices and review them. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while I explained what happened. She kept in constant contact with me via email and phone and explained all the reimbursements. I would recommend all ManyPets CS Agents be trained or mentored by Aleya.
