ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

I want to say that this company is amazing. I wish all insurance companies (auto, health, etc) were as easy to work with. You reach someone immediately when you call them and they are always happy to help. I have been a customer since June 2022 but decided to write a review today because I just filed my first claims yesterday. Everything was processed in less than 24hs and covered exactly as explained in the policy document. Thank you Manypets!

The sign up process was smooth and easy. Havent had to make any claims yet but I am hopeful from what I was told over the phone.

I called to find out a few details about the insurance and the customer service rep was very knowledgeable. More impressive even that when I called back a few hours later, she still remembered me.
