The person who answered my queries was well informed and talked me through all options. The process was quick and easy.

I SIMPLY WANTED TO RAISE MY DEDUCTIBLE SO I COULD LOWER MY PREMIUM. THE GENTLEMAN ADVISED THAT THE CURRENT POLICY HAD TO BE CANCELLED AND A NEW POLICY CREATED. HE MADE THE CHANGE AND I RECEIVED A NEW POLICY VIA E-MAIL. ONE THING THAT DID BOTHER ME WAS THAT THE E-MAIL STATED I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER.

The overall call was great. I called to add my puppy and every question was answered. The person I talked to was so respectful. I love it when people sound like they love what they do!

I expected never to have to use my dog insurance. An accident forced me to submit my first claim only 3 months after buying it. ManyPets covered the agreed part according to the terms and conditions of my product and I did just the basics: I submitted a claim, and after four days, it all has already been solved and my claim filed. I am so glad I decided to get this product for my dogga.
