I am new to pet insurance and have been…
I am new to pet insurance and have been very happy with my ManyPets plan. I have had 3 claims. My dog cut his foot on glass and had to have stitches and pain medicine. ManyPets covered it. I have wellness in my plan. My dog just had his annual wellness exam and updated vaccines. ManyPets covered it. I hope we don't have any more injuries or illnesses. I have always had dogs with many vet bills to pay. It is nice to have support for the unexpected.
Customer service is exceptional. I have called several times with questions as a new customer.

Excellent service!
I have never had pet insurance before. The turn around time from submitting the claim to reimbursement was 24 hours! Wish people’s insurance was as quick!

Fast reimbursement!
When I got my French bulldog I was so worried about the vet bills but Many Pets has been absolutely amazing! It’s simple, straight forward and they usually reimburse me within 24 hours! It’s been such a relief when my pet is sick knowing I can bring her to the vet without worrying about the price.

They lied about coverage so I would sign up
I specifically asked them if they would cover my dog for any accidents after he had a surgery over 18 months ago and was assures they would. After I signed on with them, they changed their minds. Don't buy in to their sales.
