Trickery with Marketing Messaging
They are advertising the fact that they cover some pre-existing conditions by basically redefining the word: Pre-existing to match the same amount of coverage any other insurance company has. They will steal your money and not think twice. I recently spent about 2K after confirming with their team that this would be covered. After spending the money and sending the invoices and receipts (because that is the only way pet insurance is covered for some reason), they denied my claim. Having pets in the first place is a big volunteering job for us humans, and making the process harder and more expensive just makes people not want to have anymore pets honestly. Yall just like Banfield and so many others are just stealing people's money and using the terms: #1 pet insurance for WHAT metric? I literally have zero clue. Don't use this service. That's all I gotta say.
