Shoutout to Carmen for great customer service!
Just wanted to commend Carmen on her great customer service while having to file my first claim. She was very helpful and understood the stress of needing to use their service, my poor Zen was hurt and had to go to the ER.
Anyone with pets knows that filing a claim is usually a result of some misfortune and she was knowledgeable and patient and helpful. I’ve had so many poor customer service experiences that I now commend those who provide good service. Thank you to Carmen and ManyPets for being able to provide great customer service in a difficult situation! Keep up the good work!
