BEWARE They may sell your policy to Odie

They sold our policy to Odie and said that everything would stay the same. Anything covered under the ManyPets policy would still be covered under Odie and not a pre-existing condition. The first claim with Odie was denied because they considered it a pre-existing condition. I'm super frustrated with both companies!

Many Pets have been great

Many Pets have been great, always processing our sheltie's claims promptly. We are very concerned that Many Pets is leaving the US pet insurance market. Our only option is to transition to Odie when our policy is up for renewal. We researched Odie, and found very poor customer reviews. This is very disappointing!

Very poor services

Very poor services, they are only there to take your money would not recommend to my worst enemy, had a claim in since Nov 2024 and they keep delaying and changing my costs on my DD, and now they would like me to renew from April, really i have told them to forgot the claim and cancel my Policy PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY

Claims are reviewed in a timely manner

Claims are reviewed in a timely manner, and reimbursements processed promptly. You just need to have all required documentation at the time claim is made.
