Understanding and helpful claim agents
I submitted a claim for my pets vestibular disease over a month after getting it sorted and they had no problem with the claim being delayed. After submitting the claim for the first appointment I was able to submit the next five appointments over email and had they whole claim processed in under a week. The agent I worked with was helpful and caring and made sure that my claim was processed quickly and efficiently.
