So far, so good!
I signed up with Lemonade for my 3 month old Puppy. I chose the basic accident/illness coverage, plus the wellness package for Puppies. There was a mix up with her name at first, which customer service resolved promptly and easily. I've filed one claim thus far, and that was quick and easy, too. The app is easy to navigate (I'm not super tech savvy), and the coverages are explained in easy-to-understand, straightforward language. My experience with Lemonade has been great thus far!
