Lemonade is a new kind of pet insurance company that uses artificial intelligence and behavioral economics to replace brokers and bureaucracy with bots and machine learning.  They aim for zero paperwork and instant everything, and are obsessed with social good, delighting customers, and pets.

Easy, quick and efficient!

We claimed our hospital fees after my puppy experience something terrible. I won't go to details, but the cost of the fees was almost $1,000. We filed a claim, explained what happened, and got part of our fees was covered by Lemonade. The process was extremely simple and without a hassle. We didn't even need to write anything because we just recorded a video which explained everything. In a couple of days the money we paid for was deposited in our bank account. This is our first puppy and we've never filed a medical/insurance claim before but Lemonade made it really easy. I always recommend their insurance to our friends and anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

Absolutely the most pleasant insurance!

I do not know where to begin. The whole journey was absolutely pleasant, easy and effortless. The team is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. I was updated along the way and the level of professionalism is beyond comparison. Halfway through my claim, a different agent had to take over but the transition was seamless. I am so happy with my choice to have Lemonade as my insurer for my fur baby and they are worth every penny. Trust me, I did my thorough research and decided for Lemonade at the end. You won't be disapointed!
