Excellent Experience when I made a claim

Excellent service, simple to submit a claim. They covered everything according to the plan without any delays. We received the reimbursement before the credit card bill came in. I have two dogs that are insured through healthypaws and I highly recommend this service. It really offers a "peace of mind" when unexpected health issues occur with your pets. Jasmine just had TPLO surgery, and it really took the financial implications out of the equation when deciding what to do about her knee injury. I will always have this service as long as I have pets in the home

When you need it, you need it!

I've always had a pretty "easy" time with pets before adopting our current dog, but a friend convinced me to get Healthy Paws shortly after adopting her and wow I am SO glad I did! 7 years and 3 major surgeries later, Healthy Paws has been a true lifesaver. You really never know if you'll need pet insurance or not and it does get quite expensive if you don't end up using it (the monthly rates increase basically annually) but if you DO end up needing it... you will not regret it. Healthy Paws has always been very quick with providing reimbursements and the team has been so supportive and always checks in to see how our pup is doing. I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know!

Healthy Paws Made the Decision so Easy

We have had Healthy Paws from before our dog was one and she is now over 10 years old. During a regular check-up her blood work came back irregular which led to the need for an ultra sound. Three masses were found one being in her small intestine causing it to invert into itself which would need surgery. She was anemic and they were worried it was cancer. The issue was, while one mass in the small intestine could be removed, the other two may be unremovable and the surgery would only possibly prolong her life so much. The cost of the surgery would be between $8k-$12k. That is no small amount. Up to $12k to maybe only get a few extra months. We were ready to take on the expense but many people would not be able to. Thankfully we had insurance. We went forward with the surgery and not only were all three masses benign but her small intestine fixed her anemia. The total cost ended up be $9k and we were only responsible for 20%. Thanks to Healthy Paws we were able to make the decision so much more easily.

Excellent Insurance!

I adopted my dog in 2018 and signed up with Healthy Paws right away. The coverage is excellent and submitting claims is so easy! I have a big dog who developed hip dysplasia and supraspinatus. Healthy Paws has covered everything I need to help keep him feeling his best. Without Healthy Paws Insurance it would be really difficult financially to keep him so comfortable. I'm so grateful to them for providing such an amazing service. My boy is going on nine years old and this morning we walked almost 4 1/2 miles! This is a great company!!
