I’m incredibly disappointed with…

I’m incredibly disappointed with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. After being a loyal customer since 2012, I was hit with a shocking 50% premium increase from November to December 2024. I’ve been covering my two senior cats, Indah and Bella, and this jump feels not only unreasonable but downright unsustainable. For over a decade, I’ve spoken highly of Healthy Paws, recommending it to friends, family, and even through my work as a board member for a nonprofit dog rescue. But this recent premium hike has made it impossible for me to keep coverage for my cats. At their age, switching to a new provider isn’t even an option. It honestly feels like Healthy Paws is pricing out senior pets—the ones who might actually need coverage the most. This leaves a bad taste and feels like a betrayal of the trust I placed in this company. I’ve now had to cancel both policies, and I’ll be sharing my negative experience widely to encourage others to explore alternative providers. Healthy Paws, you’ve let down a long-term customer and, more importantly, two pets who deserved better.

Healthy Paws is the best

I have 2 dogs about 4 years old who have been problems for some time now. Fred tore his both ACL's and a meniscus and Wilma is prone to mast cell tumors. Both were able to receive the best care because of Healthy Paws. I also had my last dog Mr. Magoo insured through Healthy Paws and, even though he was a big dog (80 pounds), he lived comfortably until 14 years old since we were able to provide the best care for him.

Terrible when you need them.

Terrible when you need them. I was with them for 7 years, and they can cancel you without giving options, leaving you stranded when you need them most. They will say whatever you want to hear to sign you up—don't fall for it. Poor customer service; they don't care. You've been warned.
