I can’t say enough good things about this company! I have been a customer for eight years, and I am beyond impressed with their prompt reimbursement payment, turnaround time, and their timely, customer communications, as well as thoroughness and clarity. Even when my dogs have had chronic health issues, they have reached out to genuinely show concern for our pets and provided links to helpful resources. It is so refreshing to be able to work with such a professional, honest company. Without a doubt, I’ll be a customer for life.

Healthy Paws is an excellent insurance company that provides reasonable insurance policies and great coverage for our dog Bailey. We have had a policy for our dog since we adopted her (Bailey) in 2016. Unfortunately she has been through 3 surgeries for cancer and HealthyPaws process for filing claims is easy and efficient. HealthyPaws always reaches out after a major procedure and asks how Bailey is recovering. Pricing is reasonable and even as our dog has aged the policy pricing does increase but nothing drastic; always reasonable. I recommend HealthyPaws! Best investment we have made to help us provide for Bailey.

Healthy Paws has been nothing less than incredible. I have a Golden Retriever (who is my world!) and with that breed having a history of health issues, I knew getting insurance from the beginning was the only option to giving her the best life. My Kali has been in & out of the ER numerous times and Healthy Paws amazes me every time. My dog is seven years old and has had many health issues. Healthy Paws has paid for specialists, testing, and medications with no hassles. She just had tplo surgery done by a board certified surgeon, and they settled the claim immediately. I’ve never had them question claims. Payment is prompt, and customer service is excellent. They’re the best, in my opinion!
