Don't!

This is an awful company. They screw up what's needed for reimbursement, and you have to fight with them for weeks! They have jacked up the prices so much in 4 years, I'd switch if my dogs current conditions would be covered by someone else. I can't stand this company.

Jenny - All premiums are based on the rates and rating rules filed and approved by each state’s Department of Insurance. All pet insurance companies, no matter how they market their benefits, will raise rates to keep up with the rapidly rising cost of veterinary care, including specialty and emergency care. We're sorry for any frustration during the processing of your claims. Our customer care team has been in contact with you regarding the issues you have encountered and with an update on your most recent claim. The Healthy Paws Team

Frankie

I never thought I would be in the vet hospital on New Year’s Eve because my girl Frankie aspirated. She stayed in the hospital for many days. It was so stressful but I can’t thank healthy paws enough for taking the burden away of huge medical bills. They have also reached out numerous times to check on her wholeheartedly. Thank you from everyone in my family ❤️

Thank Goodness for Healthy Paws!

Without pet insurance, I would be broke, really broke! My little Loki developed bad hot spots and went on permanent injections that forever cured him. What a happy guy! The eight week lifetime injections are very expensive. In what, three clicks I think, Healthy Paws reimburses directly into my bank account. Boom, done. Of course Loki's had run-ins with porcupines and what-not, living up here in Maine where we tend to the woods for daily long walks. Then he tore his CCL (like an ACL knee in humans). $6000 later but no worries, we're 90% covered by Healthy Paws so we took the BEST surgery option for our little bug. No questions asked, Healthy Paws reimbursed my account in just two days. Boom. Pet insurance is WAY cheaper than unexpected vet bills, especially persistent ones, and especially here up north, and although my work offers a discounted plan with another company, we like our choice of Healthy Paws so we're sticking with them.

Fast, caring and reliable.

Healthy paws provides a level of coverage for Vinny that allows me to never hesitate on seeking the best care available, this gives me the reassurance that Vinny will always be on the most qualified hands without destroying my wallet (let's be real I'd give the world for him insurance or not).
