My dog is seven years old and has had many health issues. Healthy Paws has paid for specialists, testing, and medications with no hassles. She just had tplo surgery done by a board certified surgeon, and they settled the claim immediately. I’ve never had them question claims. Payment is prompt, and customer service is excellent. They’re the best, in my opinion!

Absolutely the best

In her seven years, my dog has had multiple health issues, many were quite expensive. Healthy paws has paid every claim without any problems. Her medications have all been covered, some lifetime. She just had tplo surgery done by a board certified surgeon, the amount being $4700.00. I submitted the claim on a Friday, and the payment was in my account on Monday. You can’t get any faster than that. Thanks Healthy Paws, you are the best!

Top Notch Insurance!

I am blown away at how fast and easy it has been to file claims and receive reimbursement! I looked at many pet insurance companies before selecting Healthy Paws for my puppy almost three years ago, and I do not regret the choice! She is just under 3 but had to have a double TPLO surgery. What would have broken the bank is now manageable and we were able to get her the right surgery and rehab thanks to Healthy Paws. My vet and rehab facility both say that Healthy Paws is the best in class pet insurance. Thank you thank you!

Great Pet Insurance

One of our dogs just recently spent 4 days at the emergency vet hospital and a major surgery while she was there. Once home, we had several additional trips to our regular vet. The entire ordeal was very costly. Healthy Paws paid our claims according to our plan and paid them very quickly. We have 4 dogs insured with them and are grateful for the no hassle and speedy reimbursement. It meant a lot to us that during this emotional and stressful time, insurance claim payment was not something we had to worry about.

Terrible insurance in my experience

I have had Healthy Paws Insurance for my two pets since 2019, claimed the insurance once with no problem. This year, I filed a claim (second time in four years) in the beginning of February, up until today ( March 29), I heard nothing back. I emailed them several times and each time I received generic message of claim processing and expected to finish in 7 days, that’s many many 7 days. I originally bought this insurance because the premium is lower than others and good reviews. Since then, insurance premium has increased and will be increased again next cycle. I finally decided to cancel this insurance, they are good at taking your money but not fulfilling their duty. In this day and age, good reviews online don’t mean a lot.
