Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Fraudulent insurance company!! They refuse to pay any claims. Customer service is worthless. Don't believe the positive reviews, as they are not real reviews. Even when I said I wanted to cancel, they actually refused to cancel my policy because of pending claims that they would not process. Absolute joke. I had to call back and speak to a supervisor, as the other agent also refused to transfer me. Avoid at all costs!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could! I've submitted several claims, none of which were covered, including diagnostic work to rule out a brain tumor on my dog. Customer service is terrible. When I finally did talk to someone, he said he'd research why it wasn't covered because my vet had submitted all the paperwork they had asked for and of course, I never heard from him again. Currently shopping for another carrier but I am beginning to think these pet insurance companies are all scam artists taking advantage of people because they know we'd do whatever we could for our pets. They have a Quick response time with very fast turn around for refunds on coverage. It’s a super Easy app to navigate and submit claims. Nice, professional people who are very helpful on the phone to explain questions.
