Poor Treatment of Long-Term Customers
I was a customer with Healthy Paws since 2016. I had surgery in 2022 and had some payment items change. Typically my bank forwards my information to new providers during a card change, but apparently that did not happen with HealthyPaws. When I finally noticed the payment issue after several months I called Healthy Paws to reinstate my service and they said they could not do that and I needed to re-enroll. I asked if they could waive the waiting period because I had been a loyal customer for years and never even filed a claim. They said they could not do that. I think this is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer who made an honest mistake. I will not be using this service again.
To pre-empt their response - I used a different email for the account I had with them long-term. The email attached here is my new email.
