Still Waiting on a Claim from June 2022 (9 months later)
I submitted a claim in June 2022. They kept asking for my dog's medical history over and over. Finally, in October, a representative said they finally had everything and the claim would process.
It is now March 2023 and I'M STILL WAITING!!!
There's no direct number for the corporate office so I cancelled the insurance. I'll go with a competitor.
