Healthy Paws-Always the Best…

Our dog Max has had coverage from Healthy Paws since he was eight weeks old and we have never questioned our choice of insurers. They have paid every claim covered by the policy including the continuing claims from Max’s latest condition. For the case extant HP has already covered thousands of dollars of bills while assuring us the will be here for Max and us until the cause is sussed out and corrected. With HP we only need care about Max’s well being and not need to worry about treatment based on financial stress.

Stall tactics, delays and a major pain. The worst

Save your money. You get what you pay for, which is nothing. Their exclusions to what they DONT pay is extensive. When you file a claim, they will ask for the vet invoice over and over. they will continually ask for the COMPLETE medical records for every claim. So if your dog has a follow up visit a week later, be prepared to send the COMPLETE medical records again! They will stall and make filing a claim as difficult as possible until you throw your hands up in disgust. I canceled and switch to Metlife. Although they limit the yearly benefit, at least they pay for the exam, meds and preventive care. We'll see how they do. I'm not sure how all these web sites list Healthy Paws as a top company. There has to be some under the table payment because they are the pits.

Always the Best

Max has been insured by Healthy Paws since he was 8 weeks old and we’ve never questioned our choice of insurers. This claim is for a limp that has persisted for months. Although the problem is still being diagnosed, Max has seen four vets and is seeing another today. Hp has paid thousands of dollars for these procedures to date while we have paid hundreds. They have reached out to me to voice their continued commitment to solving the issue and support for whatever claims that will ensue. We only have to be concerned about Max’s welfare and not about extreme financial decisions.

Great company

Healthy Paws has made our dog’s ACL injury a much easier experience. It was very easy to file claims for her X-rays and extensive surgery. And we were reimbursed in a matter of days. They even followed up with us to find out how our lab was doing post surgery. A great company that actually cares about their clients!

ACL Surgery

Healthy Paws has proven to be a great company to insure our dog. Her torn ACL required X-rays and a very expensive surgery. Healthy Paws makes it very easy to submit a claim and reimbursed us quickly. They even followed up with us to see how our dog was doing post surgery. A great company that actually cares about their clients!
