Great Experience
I have nothing but good things to say about Healthy Paws. My claim was processed within hours of them receiving the bills and I had the reimbursement check in my hands within a week. The customer service was outstanding. I received a personalized follow-up e-mail, which I thought was a very nice gesture. When I realized that I did not receive a check for a balance from my primary vet, I e-mailed them to see if they received anything and when I got the response to the e-mail, they had already called and requested what was needed from my vet as well as processed the claim.
Great company !!
