Teddy got a foxtail in his ear

Healthy Paws pet insurance processed the claim the same day I submitted it and the check arrived at my house two days later. The companies service is amazing. They also sent follow up emails checking on Teddy and his ear. Love the company. Cannot say enough about how great they are. Just simply, thank you Healthy Paws.

I WISH THEY COVERED HUMANS!

I think this is the first review I have ever written in my life. Why? Because Healthy Paws is so extraordinary I want to tell as many people about it as possible. We have a 9.5 month old Brussels Griffon, who is all love, but sadly contracted Giardia (a parasite) several months back. For those of you that don't know about Giardia, it is a tough parasite to get rid of--many compare it to children having lice. I have been in and out of the vet treating Zola at least 6 times in the past few months. Each visit requires a fecal test and each time it comes back positive and we need to retreat with medicine. Each time, Healthy Paws covered the fecal test at 90% and all her medicine. As a one off, this doesn't amount to much but when you are back in the vet every other week it has truly been a lifesaver. When I submit a claim, I get an instant reimbursement notice and receive a check in the mail a few days later. I only wish my insurance was so efficient. Just the other day, I received an email from Healthy Paws asking how Zola was doing (and this was not a generic email). It nearly brought me to tears, it has been such a struggle trying to get rid of this parasite and Healthy Paws has truly been caring, professional and most of all compassionate. I have told several vets about Healthy Paws and encourage them to tell all their clients. They are just extraordinary.

Superb Claims Processing... Amazing Service

I have used Healthy Paws for my German Shepherd since 2010. I only have good experiences to share. Bergen has had 2 major incidents - a broken leg and now sadly a perforated ear drum. Each time claims processing was more than fast - It was in fact incredibly fast, same day processing. This is the very best insurance service for your pet. I could only wish that people health insurance is as efficient was Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws = Customer Service

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The folks that work the claims are not only lightening quick in processing your claim and getting a check out to you but they sure seem to care as well which goes along ways when dealing with an insurer. We had spent BIG dollars out of pocket on Bert our previous dane/lab mix going through a neural surgery and related therapy among other things and decided to give the insurance route a whirl on our rottweiler puppy Rufus even though I was highly skeptical of the concept and assumed there had to be some type of catch. Healthy Paws was put to the test almost immediately as Rufus broke his front right leg on the growth plate at the age of 5 months. The fracture required surgery to pin everything in place so that it would hopefully continue to grow properly and then surgery to remove the pins later down the road. After all was said and done it ended up being around $5k which HP paid on right away. Forward the dial ahead one year and the perfectly restored rowdy rott decided that Easter Sunday would be more fun if he swallowed a tennis ball. Another fun trip to the University of Minnesota Vet Med Center to remove the ball and deal with lingering pneumonia from the endoscopy rang up another $3.5k. HP again paid on the claims without an ounce of non-sense regarding the incidents and the follow up care that was needed to get things right for our boy. No catch involved. My only critique which was mentioned by another is that I do wish thei

AMAZING customer service AND speedy claim process!

I've heard and lived through countless pet insurance nightmares, and Healthy Paws is single handedly putting most of the competitors to shame! My almost 2 year old cat had some skin and urinary track problems and I ended up with close to a $1000.00 bill. I filed the claim on Sunday, and received it's already in review within a few hours. The following Tuesday, a representative called me just to ask how my cat is doing and nothing else which shows they actually care about their customers and the well being of their pets. Today (a week later), I received a nice email with a reimbursement breakdown of my claim. When I was choosing my cat's pet insurance, the duration of claim process was definitely one of my top concerns and I am very happy Healthy Paws delivers their promise: within 10 business days to process the claim! I HIGHLY recommend every pet owner to get a pet insurance, and I would recommend nothing but Healthy Paws moving forward. THANK YOU!
