Process to get reimbursed was so simple!
I've had previous pets on other insurance companies, and by far Healthy Paws was the simplest and fastest.
I got the check in the mail quickly...
But I only have one gripe... I actually sent two emails.
I did not know that if an email was larger than 5MB, their system automatically rejects it. An email letting me know it was rejected would have been nice.
Once I called them, and they told me the email limitation for the claim, I modified the claim PDF's and emailed it. Instant response. After that it was a few days before the check was in the mail.
I appreciate your quick response and the detailed invoice.
