Not Just a Number
I cannot say enough about the unsurpassed level of service I have received from Healthy Paws. I had pet insurance through another carrier when I first got my dog as a puppy. She would later be diagnosed with IBD, but her first year was rife with digestive issues that we couldn't seem to pin down. I became familiar with the way other insurance carriers may treat their customers. With Healthy Paws, I always receive a confirmation email that is from a real person, that I can actually talk to on the phone if necessary, written to me, referencing what my pet is experiencing, and always with well-wishes. They are professional, courteous, prompt and caring. And when my sweetest girl was diagnosed with an aggressive, inoperable cancer, Healthy Paws sent me personal emails just to check in to see how she was feeling. As chemotherapy is our only option to keep her as comfortable as she can be while we cherish all the time we can with her, I am thankful that we chose Healthy Paws to assure us that we can give her the best care possible. Their caring, personal touches go a long, long way--especially during the most sensitive times.
