Our handsome Cockapoo Smokey suffered a CCL tear about a month ago and underwent surgery to correct the condition just two weeks ago. He is progressing very well and is happy to know his owner is extremely well pleased with the results of the surgery and the manner in which Healthy Paws has handled his claim. The staff at Healthy Paws has far exceeded my expectations with regards to processing my claim, and they have taken a personal interest in Smokey's recovery. The claim was processed in a timely and orderly fashion and I am now awaiting arrival of the reimbursement check. When our dog almost died a month ago, the last thing we wanted to worry about was the vet bills piling up. It took all our time and energy just taking care of an old and sick animal. Healthy Paws has a very straight forward claims submission process. Since they are popular, many of the Vets are already familiar with them and offered to submit our claim for us. I expected the reimbursement to take months, but they mailed a check out within the week!

My cat, Bella, was not well and what started as an ultra-sound ended up in surgery for a tumor (cancer) and further treatment for intestinal issues. I would not have been able to afford the treatment if it was not for Healthy Paws. Yes, I paid for the things they do not cover, but they paid for a big chunk of all the treatments. On of my girls injured her ACL and i was expecting the same lack of service I had encountered with VPI but much to my surprise, Healthy Paws coverage and timely reimbursement was amazing. I pay a higher premium for a lower deductable and greater amount of coverage and couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to being a long time client.
