AMAZING!!!

We had a $3000 experience when our beautiful 2 year old goldendoodle apparently ingested some goose poop. She started getting sick and by the 5th time there was an unbelievable amount of blood...we knew this was serious and were wondering how much it would all cost. After a few days in the vet emergency clinic and almost $3000 later....we are so thankful that we invested in healthy Paws pet insurance. The customer service is top notch and they processed and sent out claims literally the same week!!! We can't sing their praises enough!!

Prompt review of claims and great customer service

Healthy Paws has been a great pet insurance provider for our Boston Terrier puppy. He's had a few significant health problems already early in his life. So, we've already had to submit a few claims. Submitting claims is relatively easy and straightforward. The client relations team is very helpful and seem genuinely interested in ensuring that our pup is healthy and taken care of. So far, we've had a great experience with Healthy Paws and I would wholly recommend them without reservation.

Pet Insurance Company that Cares

My standard poodle, Kamali, was lethargic, no appetite and had a huge swollen elbow. After much testing, it was found she had an auto immune deficiency of her blood. The medicine she was put on made her liver enzynes out of balance. The next medicine she was changed to made her vomit. Many blood tests later and lots of pills, she is now fine, up and around and playing with my other poodle.Through all of the trips to the vet and two trips to the emergency vet clinic, I knew I had a partner with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. All vet bills were costly, especially the 2 to the emergency clinic. It so easy to be able to tell the clinic to go ahead with necessary testing. I didn't have to think about their costs and my checkbook Healthy Paw staff has emailed me each week checking on my dog and letting me know they were there for whatever I needed. They are very caring, compassionate and supportive. The claims, which were a lot, have been handled very quickly and the company has followed up with everything. I have not had to call them at all to follow up. They were really on top of everything, including quickly paying the claims I submitted. I am so glad I have Healthy Paws and their support.

I've done the research for you, buy Healthy Paws

When we got our third and fourth Berners, I knew we'd need insurance. I had had coverage from another company for the first two, and although they did what they said they'd do, the reimbursed based on an unrealistically low schedule and there were quite a few exclusions. Two Berners, two years, just north of 9K in claims; all paid promptly. From coverage for immune mediated meningitis, to simple skin infections, to a fragment of a tennis ball that was ingested and took a couple of months to pass, they''ve paid it all. The older dog has hips that will be prone to,dysplasia later and our vet suggested a series of injections to help prevent it. I didn't submit a claim for these since I knew hip dysplasia wasn't covered for the first year. They actually called me and asked about his and told me that since he had not been diagnosed with hip dysplasia it would be covered and to submit a claim. When is the last time your insurance company called you and asked you to submit paperwork so they could send you a check. There are quite a few companies that write pet insurance now. I looked at all of them before picking Healthy Paws. Very few have annual deductibles, rather than per incident deductibles. Those that have annual deductibles tend to have WAY more exclusions. The premiums are reasonable and the claims service is speedy. I always have my check within three days, most of the time in two days and once I even got the check the next day. (I live about 45 miles from the "Mother Sh

AMAZING

My dog Bubu was diagnosed with an ACL tear in both knees. Thankfully he is insured with Healthly Paws. I did not have to worry about the cost of the surgery. Healthy Paws afforded me the easy of mind of only worrying about his health. They processed the claim quickly and although I have not received the check yet, I received notification that it will be mailed to me within 10 days. Sending them the claim and documentation was very easy. To top it all, they have sent emails asking me how is his doing and wishing him a quick recovery. I am so impressed with the company and will highly recommend them.
