Glad we insured with Happy Paws

Healthy Paws Insurance definitely came through for us in record time. Our year old puppy was hit by a car two days before Thanksgiving and had to have surgery and a plate for a broken pelvis. After gathering all the requested records we filed the claims and receive our 80% reimbursement on December 13. They are very efficient.

Best decision I ever made!

The year before we found HealthyPaws, my husband and I were in the position of not being sure we could afford to save our cat's life. He was facing the possibility of an expensive (for us) surgery and we just didn't have the money. Thankfully, he ended up not needing the surgery and made a fully recovery, but I will never forget the feeling of thinking I was going to lose my pet simply because I couldn't afford his medical expenses. I will never forget the tears in my husband's eyes as we discussed euthanizing our young cat. Soon after that, we found Healthy Paws pet insurance. We have been happy customers of Healthy Paws for three years now and do not have a single complaint. We chose Healthy Paws because they offer the most comprehensive coverage for the most reasonable monthly premium, and they always have high ratings for customer service. In the last three years, we have had to make two major claims for our young dog, both more than $1000. Having Health Paws was the difference between losing sleep over the vet bills (no longer necessary) and being able to take our dog to the vet when he needs it and say "Do what you need to do." The first time we filed a claim was only a few months after we had signed up. One Sunday morning, our American Bulldog started vomiting and wouldn't stop, so we took him to the emergency vet. While we were there, he suddenly passed a huge amount of blood all over the exam room floor. He had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, and if we had waited

great pet insurance

My dog Lilly collapsed in the yard and after many vet visits we found that she had a ruptured mass on her spleen. We called Healthy paws pet insurance with many questions about our policy. With all our questions answered with great detail and generosity. We were happy with our decision with healthy paws. They reviewed our claims within a week. Great service!!!

Fast, hassle-free claims

I signed up for Healthy Paws Insurance after bringing my pomeranian into the US 10 months ago. Since then, she has developed a chronic cough, and Healthy Paws had been there to help with her medical expenses. They had been fast and responsive in processing my claims. Definitely glad to have chosen Healthy Paws and I plan to continue being with them!

The Best Pet Insurance Co. Ever!

Our wonderful 4-yr. old pit bull recently had surgery to repair a torn ACL, and we sent the bill, which was approximately $3500., to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for reimbursement.Within a day of their receiving the claim I received an email telling me that they were processing it and within another 3 days I received checks for 90% of the charges. The people who work at Healthy Paws have always been caring, helpful beyond expectations (including calling a veterinarian who had seen our dog last year but would not send the detailed notes that the insurance co. requested), and just overall exceptionally nice. We are so grateful to Healthy Paws because without them I'm not sure we would have been able to give our dog the medical treatment she needed.
