One of the best decision we ever made

If you are considering pet insurance, look no further, Healthy Paws does just as they promise. We had know idea the health challenges that our two dogs Sadie and Kona would face, and many of the procedures that have been necessary probably would not have been done due to cost. Every claim we have submitted have been paid quickly. They have added acupuncture to their covered procedures. Sadie, after having an MRI was diagnosed with Wobblers disease, and is not a candidate for surgery, acupuncture has kept her on her feet. Kona was just diagnosed with an ACL. We are trying complete restriction, and if that doesn't work he will have to have a very costly surgery. We cannot thank Healthy Paws enough for fulfilling their promise as stated, and for the extremely courteous customer service department

The highest quality customer service

My dog had a severe yeast time infection that she incurred over the course of the summer probably triggered in retrospect by allergies that were at the time unknown to us. We went to our vet numerous times, but she could not figure it out. We went to the only dermatologist for animals in Northern VA - he was great but the bills especially for treatments and meds were not low. My pet at the time was extremely ill - listless, not eating, scrating 24X7. My dog recovered on the vet's regimen and Healthy Paws was supportive at all times both finacially and by constant messages and feedback regarding her condition. I am a medical professional (nurse) and I have told everyone (my friends and hospital associates) about their concern and response. Even more recently, my pet was diagnosed with severe allergies - that as I said probably precipiated the condition above. I can't say enough good about "healthy paws" debbie hunt

Best Money Ever Spent!!!!!

I have never had pet insurance before. I do now and I am very Happy that I choose Healthy paws. My Springer Spaniel was Diagnosed with CKD and if it wasn't for the compassion & generosity of his Dr. He wouldn't have made it as long as he did he was 8 1/2. needless to say my Tibetian Terrier was devastated so I was taking him to his Dr.every day for 3 weeks to have llunch, a talk & a walk because he hated me. I got "APOLLO" an Aussie & another dog smarter than me. I Bought "HEALTHY PAWS INSURANCE" hoping I would never have to use it. Well I did & they were great!!!! My friend left #180 of concrete mix on my back porch I asked him to put it in the garage he said it would be fine,6 days later Apollo decided to open the bottom bag @ 11 p.m. so I rushed him to the emergency vet. payed the bill forgetting I bought insurance. My dog is doing great & my wallet has a few more dollars in it. Thank You to Apollo's Dr. & Healthy Paws insurance.

Healthy Paws is the BEST!

I have done the research for you. I have tested this service time and time again. Do not look any further just sign up and do it right away! I am telling every pet owner I know about this insurance company and how wonderful they are. I have 3 dogs and they are all insured with healthy paws. I cannot rave about this company enough. One of my dogs, Hailey, had a severe emergency and ended up having to have a kidney removed. Thankfully, because of Healthy Paws, cost was not an additional stressor in this horrible situation. They covered exactly what they said they would which was amazing as the surgery and related care was extremely expensive. Not only do they stand by their word, they work faster than I have ever experienced with any other service, for people or pets! I submitted a claim on a Monday - have responses by the next day - Tuesday night and the check within a few more days. On top of this, they send follow up emails to see how my dog is recuperating. I wish my healthcare was this good!! :) Seriously, they are the best out there.

First Class Insurance

I signed up for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance about 18 months ago, after some bad experiences with another pet insurance company. So far I have had nothing but the highest praise's for Healthy Paws. I have two French Bulldogs on my insurance plan and the policy price is very reasonable. So far I have had to make two claims, Bentley our 3 year old suffered a herniated disc and had to have surgery to repair his back, so he could walk again. The cost of the surgery was around $6K and as soon as I submitted the claim, I was reimbursed 3 days later. Harley our puppy, had some serious stomach issues, that resulted in $2K of medical bills, until her issues were resolved. Again, no trying to deny my claim like my prior insurance company, and I received my reimbursement check within a couple of days. So without a doubt I highly recommend Healthy Paws and their first class operation!
